קרן KCPS מנוף הוקמה כחלק מתוכנית הממשלה לטיפול בקפאון שנוצר בשוק האשראי הישראלי כחלק מהמשבר הכלכלי הגלובלי שאירע בשנת 2008. מטרת KCPS מנוף הינה להעמיד אשראי לחברות על מנת לאפשר מיחזור חובות קיימים ו / או גיבוש הסדרי חוב. חברות המטרה של קרן KCPS מנוף הינן:

  • תאגיד אשר מרבית הכנסותיו מופקות בישראל ומרבית נכסיו בישראל
  • תאגיד שהנפיק אג"ח למסחר בבורסה בתל אביב או נטל הלוואה משני גופים מוסדיים (לפחות).

ל- KCPS מנוף גמישות רבה בבניית עסקאות, בין השאר במבנה של מתן הלוואות, השקעות מזנין, קבלת תמריצי הון באמצעות אופציות או מנגנונים של השתתפות ברווחים והשקעות המניות.

KCPS מנוף גייסה סכום כולל של מעל ל- 1.2 מיליארד ש"ח. 25% מתוך הסכום הכולל גוייס מהממשלה ויתרת ה-75% גויסה ממשקיעים מוסדיים ישראליים וממנהלי הקרן.
 
The KCPS Manof fund was established as part of the government stimulus plan to address the freeze in the Israeli credit markets during the global financial crisis of 2008. The fund’s objective is to partake in corporate restructuring or to provide financing to companies, allowing them to refinance existing debt.  KCPS Manof fund targets companies that:
  • Generate a majority of their revenues in Israel and have the majority of their assets in Israel
  • Issued bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock exchange or received loans from at least two Israeli institutional investors

KCPS Manof fund acts flexibly in structuring transactions, which may include private equity stakes, public securities across the capital structure, various debt – warrants – equity structures, profit sharing and structured asset backed financing with various maturities and seniority positions.

KCPS Manof fund has raised in excess of 1.2 billion NIS, a quarter of which was committed by the Israeli government; the remaining 75% of the fund was committed by Israeli institutional investors and the fund's team of general partners.

יוסי דאובר משמש כיו"ר ועדת האשראי של קרן KCPS  מנוף.  יוסי דאובר היה חבר הנהלת בנק הפועלים בין השנים 1988-2002 ובתפקידו האחרון כיהן כממלא מקום מנכ"ל בנק הפועלים. 

לפני הצטרפותו ל-KCPS מנוף היה מר דאובר חבר דירקטוריון בנק הפועלים במשך חמש שנים.

גבריאל לב הינו שותף בקרן KCPS מנוף.  קודם להצטרפותו לקרן, שימש  מר לב כ - Managing Director  ב – Citigroup בלונדון, שם ניהל השקעות נוסטרו בתחום החובות המסופקים ואג"ח של חברות בקשיים.

שי איילון הינו שותף בקרן KCPS מנוף.  קודם להצטרפותו לקרן KCPS מנוף, היה מר איילון שותף בקרן FIMI , ו - Managing Director בקרן גידור אמריקאית, שם צבר נסיון עשיר בעסקאות מימון  מסוגים שונים, בין היתר עסקאות equity, mezzanine ועסקאות חוב.
צבי פורמן
שותף

צבי פורמן הינו שותף בקרן KCPS מנוף.  קודם להצטרפותו לקרן KCPS מנוף, כיהן מר פורמן כמנכ"ל בנק אוצר החייל, ומילא שורה של תפקידים בכירים בבנק הפועלים. בתפקידו האחרון היה מר פורמן מנהל פעילות בנה"פ בארה"ב.

הדי בן סירא הינו שותף בקרן KCPS מנוף.  מר בן סירא הינו עתיר נסיון בתחום האשראי לנדל"ן בישראל ובתחום ביצוע הסדרי חוב.  קודם להצטרפותו  לקרן KCPS מנוף שימש מר בן סירא כמנהל מחלקה בכלל ביטוח, האחראי על תחום אשראי וערבויות לפרוייקטי נדל"ן ותשתיות.
צפי הדר-ריכטר

צפי הדר-ריכטר הינה שותפה בקרן KCPS מנוף. לגב' הדר-ריכטר ניסיון רב כיועצת משפטית בסקטור הפרטי. קודם להצטרפותה לקרן KCPS  מנוף שימשה גב' הדר-ריכטר כיועצת משפטית בבנק הפועלים בתחום אשראי לנדל"ן, אשראים מיוחדים והסדרי חוב.
Yossi Dauber
Partner
Yossi Dauber heads the Credit Committee of KCPS Manof fund. Mr. Dauber was a member of the Board of Management of Bank Hapoalim (1988-2002). His last position was Vice Chairman of the Board of Management and Joint Managing Director. Prior to joining KCPS Manof he served for five years on the Board of Directors of Bank Hapoalim.
Gabriel Low
Partner
Gabriel Low is a Partner of KCPS Manof fund. Prior to joining the fund, Mr. Low was a Managing Director at Citigroup Corpoarte and Investment Bank in London, where he managed principal investments in distressed corporate debt and non performing loans in EMEA.
Shai Ayalon

Shai Ayalon is a Partner of KCPS Manof fund. Prior to joining the fund, Mr. Ayalon was a Partner at FIMI private equity fund, and a managing director at a US Hedge fund, where he gained in depth understanding in the fields of equity, mezzanine and debt financing.
Zvi Furman
Partner
Zvi Furman is a Partner of KCPS Manof fund. Before joining the fund, Mr. Furman was the General Manager of Bank Otsar-Hayal and served in various senior positions at Bank Hapoalim. In his last position Mr. Furman headed Bank Hapoalim’s activities in the United States.
Hedi Ben Sira

Hedi Ben Sira is a Partner of KCPS Manof fund. Mr. Ben Sira a wealth of experience in the fields of real estate credit and in executing debt settlements. Before joining the fund Mr. Ben Sira managed the department at Clal Insurance responsible for covering real estate and infrastructure projects as a lender and guarantor.
Zefi Hadar-Richter

Zefi Hadar-Richter is a Partner of KCPS Manof fund. Ms. Hadar-Richter has extensive experience as legal counsel in private practice and most recently at Bank Hapoalim in the areas or Real Estate and special credit - workouts.
